Certain rates and promotions (like non-refundable rates) require payment in full at time of booking. In these cases, the deposit requirements will be communicated to you during the online booking process. Otherwise, the following payment schedule applies.

‍Payment in full is required at the time of booking and is subject to cancellation fee(s). Insurance fees are non-refundable.

‍Bookings made 46 days or more prior to arrival date
‍A resort deposit of $200 per person, plus insurance (if selected), plus payment in full for any airfare booked in conduction with the resort as a package is due at the time of booking, all may be subject to cancellation fee(s). Insurance fees are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date. Bookings without final payment are subject to cancellation.

All changes to existing bookings must be made directly with our reservation specialists. A change to your booking can be a change of travel dates, room category, number of guests or promotional rate (if available). Our change policy may vary by promotion and special pricing event. Some components of your booking like airfare, special rates and promotions may be unchangeable. Since airfare change policies and fees are at the discretion of each airline, we are not able to display them here. Please pay close attention and note these policies at the time of booking. You can review all terms and conditions listed on the booking confirmation page and subsequent email confirmation. Otherwise, the following change fee schedule applies.

‍Resort changes made 46 days or more prior to the originally scheduled arrival date incur no change fees.

‍Resort changes made 31 to 45 days prior to the originally scheduled arrival date incur a $100 change fee per person.

‍Resort changes made 16 to 31 days prior to the originally scheduled arrival date incur a $150 change fee per person.

‍Resort changes made 1 to 15 days prior to the originally scheduled arrival date incur a $200 change fee per person.

All change fees listed are payable in addition to any increase in resort / package prices resulting from the booking modification(s).

Changes to the rate or promotion of an existing booking incur a $150 change fee. A $50 change fee applies to all other resort changes not listed above. All amounts shown are in US dollars. All requested changes are subject to our sole discretion. Changes are subject to all applicable airline fare increases, fees and charges. If the changed reservation is subsequently canceled, the cancellation penalties (outlined below) for the original travel dates will apply.

Payment and cancellation time lines are reported in and apply to Eastern Standard Time and must be completed by 11:59pm where applicable.

Our cancellation policy may vary by promotion and special pricing event. Certain rates and promotions may be non-refundable. Please pay close attention and note these policies at the time of booking. Otherwise, should you decide to cancel your reservation forty-six (46) days or more prior to your scheduled arrival, no penalties will be charged. Should you to decide to cancel your reservation within forty-five (45) days prior to your arrival, the following penalties will be applied.

All ages are assessed at the time of travel, not the time of booking. Individuals, 14 years of age or older, are welcome at Breezes Bahamas. All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18 years of age or older). In some instances and during restricted travel periods at least one guest in each room must be 21 years of age or older. All guests of Breezes Bahamas, regardless of age, are charged the standard / adult rate.

Breezes Bahamas - during select periods throughout the months of March, April, May & June - welcomes groups of Spring Breakers & Graduates. The median age of our resort guests will vary during this time. Breezes Bahamas happily welcomes couples, singles, groups of friends and families with all guests ages 14 and older year-round.

If you prefer to visit Breezes Bahamas when fewer students and younger guests are at the resort, be sure to select travel dates outside of normal nationwide Spring Break and Graduation travel periods. Please refer to the advisories on our homepage for confirmed student travel periods.

Room occupancy is based on the total number of guests assigned to one room. Two guests sharing one room is referred to as Double Occupancy. Three guests sharing one room is referred to as Triple Occupancy. One guest in a room is referred to as Single Occupancy.

Breezes Bahamas typically, though not exclusively, advertises using per person, per night rates based on double occupancy (two guests in one room). As an example; a rate of $150 per person, per night based on double occupancy is a $300 per night rate.

Single room rates are 150% of the per person, per night double occupancy rate. Example: $150 per person, per night based on double occupancy x 150% = $225 per night.

Triple room rates (where applicable) are 90% of the per person, per night double occupancy rate and applied to each of the three guests. Example: $150 per person, per night based on double occupancy = $135 x 3 guests = $405 per night.

For residents of the US, official information can be found on the US Department of State website for passport and travel requirements. As of January 23, 2007 passports are required for all air and sea travel to or from The Bahamas. These and other requirements are based on the traveler's originating country, so please refer to the travel policies and requirements based on your country of residence. A valid passport is required for all guests of Breezes Bahamas at time of check-in for age verification.

Some guest rooms and facilities at Breezes Bahamas can accommodate wheelchairs. We are unable to confirm or guarantee accessibility accommodations from airlines, airports or other transportation providers. Please contact those entities directly for arrangements.

All fees and rates listed herein are in US dollars unless otherwise noted.

A weekend surcharge of $16.25 per person, per night applies to stays over Thursday, Friday and Saturday night stays, unless otherwise noted.

Unless explicitly noted, prices advertised do not include airfare. Airfare is available and can be booked with your package at an additional charge.

Rates advertised include all applicable taxes, include government imposed tax (VAT). Special rates and promotions cannot be combined with other rates or promotions. All rates and promotions are subject to existing closeouts.
